The EDSB Group of Companies would like to welcome Nicola Cramp into the business in the new role of Engineering Compliance Administrator. EDSB are very excited about the new addition as we strive to continually improve our client offering.
The role has been created to ensure that all EDSB paperwork goes out with the correct level of information so that our clients servicing and maintenance records will be more comprehensive and most importantly, compliant.
Nicola will audit the client paperwork in real-time to ensure the full servicing details are listed, thus giving our clients peace of mind, knowing the exact areas which have been tested and improving our efficiency when paperwork goes out correctly first time.
