October saw the Quarter 2 Sales Meeting in Harrogate conclude with an explosive finish.
Following a fantastic Sales quarter for the EDSB group, the team were rewarded with a night out in Harrogate followed by a Clay Pigeon Shooting competition in Knaresborough.
A special mention goes out to Quarter 2 Sales Winner Abigail Cheetham, for achieving an outstanding 258% of her Quarterly target. Abi has been on board at EDSB for almost a year and her dedication to activity has certainly paid off in the last few months.
Managing Director, Jonathan Parker was delighted with the overall results. ‘EDSB have had a fantastic second quarter across all the sales departments and we are looking in great shape year to date. All the Client Relationship Managers including Abi have had an exceptional 3 months, it is pleasing to see the competition between each team as we strive to achieve a challenging Sales target this year. Our small works team were also outstanding, winning the best team award for Q2 which I believe is testament to their attitude to achieving their goals. We have a keen eye on activity in Quarter 3 and I can’t wait to see the team’s response to our toughest challenge to date’.
The Sales team were split into 6 groups and participated in a Services Quiz combined with Clay Pigeon Shooting the following day for an overall Voucher prize.
The finale was made even more exciting as we had a 3 way draw which led to a ‘shoot-out’, followed by sudden death. Congratulations go out to TEAM FIRE ( Adam Cramp, Les McKay & Mike Stoner ) for winning the overall event.
