The EDSB Group of Companies have supported grassroots football over the past 5 years and this year we have gone the extra mile with sponsorship of various teams across the country.

The EDSB Group of companies are delighted to announce that we have sponsored the Lowdham Colts, now Under 10’s this year, for another season. We have sponsored the teams kit for a number of years and we are pleased that they are now back in training preparing for the 2021/2022 season.
After a stop start season last year with very few games, the boys were entered into a Summer League. This was designed to give them additional game time after the official season end, many of the teams were in the same league but some they had not played before. The boys did really well in the competition, finishing runners up, which was partly due to the last game of the season where they came back from 3 goals down to win 5-4 in the last minutes of the game on a very hot day!
EDSB Client Relationship Director Craig Crunkhorn, whose son Jacob is in the team, commented:
“Watching the boys develop in this level of football is great, they really do put their heart and soul into what they do, the team is made up of boys who are in the same school and also others from the surrounding villages. They have played together for around 4 years now and have built a great team spirit and friendship. The additional funding support from EDSB is a critical part of ensuring the boys have everything they need to continue to improve and enjoy their football journey.”
