Engineer Attendance extend opening hours

EDSB Compliance Solutions have increased the Engineer Attendance working hours, making it easier for our clients to speak to an advisor. 

Operating from EDSB’s new Head office, the EA team have advanced their service delivery yet again with an extended daytime shift to ensure we are available for clients opening and closing their premises, who may require our services.

Service Director Simon Glew explains, "Despite EDSB already having a 24 response service, our core daytime team have broadened their operating hours to provide more technical support first and last thing of the day, which we hope will increase remote resolutions, avoiding some unnecessary engineer visits, reducing our carbon footprint as well as potential call-out costs. 

We feel this extension will be recognised as a positive improvement to our client offering and testimony to our recognition of client feedback".
