ASSESSING ALL ASPECTS OF THE BUILDING’S FIRE RISK

A fire risk assessment is required by law, this will identify if you have safe working practices in place around your building. EDSB can undertake and review your fire risk assessments.

An FRA should be completed and reviewed on an annual basis. You are also required to update your existing FRA in the event you have any major changes, either structurally or type of use, within your building.
