Spring House Properties, a Leasehold Management company in Leeds first introduced EDSB to one of their impressive clients, K2 back in 2017. K2 is a residential tower block on Albion Street, Leeds with 20 storeys and is 242ft ( 74m ) tall. The site was experiencing issues with the Intercom system and the initial task was to identify the cause of the audio and video loss to a range of flats across the building. Our engineering team were tasked to produce a full audit of problems across all individual devices and an immediate plan to rectify them.
EDSB’s highly skilled team dedicated a number of engineers to the site in order to conduct this task and within the day, all issues were found, fixed and the Intercom system was fully functional. It was important for the site to have minimal disruption and Managing Agent, Jaimie McLellan was delighted with EDSB’s response ‘All we wanted was a fully functional Intercom system for our residents and EDSB provided this.
