A key component of ACoP L8 – The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems, is that after a Legionella risk assessment is completed a written monitoring plan to control the identified risks of Legionella is prepared.
At EDSB we can provide and deliver a water monitoring plan which will identify the chosen control measure and how this will be actioned and implemented. It will also evaluate how often the system should be managed and monitored. A detailed record of all precautions and recommendations should be contained in a dedicated site logbook which can be either online or a hard copy log book.
