EDSB is also committed to a ‘grow our own’ strategy which involves investing significantly in both apprentices and trainees throughout the UK.
We partner with Skills for Security, one of the leading Fire & Security training companies, and with them, we recruit apprentices who undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Fire, Emergency and Security Systems. This gives our apprentices the right qualifications for them to start their careers in the Fire & Security industry.
