Training & Apprenticeships
We believe that for every member of the EDSB team to do their job to the best of their ability, then training and development are key.
Whether that be putting every single person in the business, regardless of role, through the FIA Access to Fire Detection and Alarm Systems course, through to specialised Gent training, Asbestos Awareness, Legionella Management and ECS and CSCS Health and Safety training, we invest in our people so they can develop and grow.
CPD is encouraged as we develop and embrace new technologies to make sure our customers have the best possible choice of systems and equipment in an ever changing world.
We have a culture of growing our own engineers and as such, all our apprentices are enrolled on the Level 3 Advanced Fire & Emergency Security Systems apprenticeship to give them the qualifications they need to start their career on the right foot.
We have a wide range of talent and experience across the team, from our Engineers in both the Installation and Service teams, the Client Care team, the Client Relationship team, our Designers and Project Managers, the Peripheral Services team and the Central Support, Marketing, HR & Finance teams. We all take pride in the EDSB name and the quality of work that we deliver.
