Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit Service Engineers in the South of England.
In this role you will carry out the routine maintenance of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Portable Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting, in accordance with the current standards and codes of practice.
You will provide first line support for fault finding and rectification, complete small works installations and commission and handover systems. You will also demonstrate systems for customers, explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms, as well as carrying out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and portable extinguishers.
The ideal candidate should have a proven background and experience of electrical and mechanical installations within the Fire & Security sector, including fire extinguishers.
Good communication skills are required along with ability to work alone and effectively organise your time. A full driving licence and willingness to travel to locations across the country is needed, along with a flexible attitude to working hours.
