Supporting Grassroots Football: Holbeck Moor JFC Under 11’s
Over the years, EDSB Compliance Solutions have supported many grassroots sports teams so this year we are pleased to be working with Holbeck Moor JFC mixed Under 11’s team for another season.
Holbeck Moor JFC is one of the newest and fastest growing Grassroots football clubs in Leeds. After forming in May 2022 with an initial group of 38 children, they have quickly grown, with over 200 registered within the club. Having previously won a cup, the under 11’s age group has expanded so much that they now have 3 teams from season 2024/2025 which in itself offers football to over 40 children. The club prides itself on being inclusive to all and is committed to being there for their community. This has been demonstrated through their continuous support with local foodbanks, kit & boot swap shops and so much more.
The team manager, Chris Gamble, expresses his thoughts on EDSB’s sponsorship and the impact it has had on the team:
“The sponsorship we have from EDSB is massive in terms of helping us fund kits for children/teams to enable us to keep our club subs one of the lowest in Grassroots football. All sponsorship funds that we received has also helped open more windows with partners and we are extremely grateful for EDSB’s involvement once again.”
We asked Chris what his expectations are for this season, he shared;
“Our main focus at Holbeck Moor JFC is all about the children having fun and doing what they love. As a club, we want to continue to grow with new teams, new players, new age groups and so much more. We are an ambitious club and hope that we can continue to surpass even our own desires and dreams that we set out in 2022.”
